Yes, all repairs and parts are warrantied for at least one year, this includes labor.

We have a dispatcher answering phones 24/7 and can schedule emergency service when you need it.

Most manufacturers recommend a maintenance service on your AC system every 6 months. Some manufacturers require regular maintenance to keep warranties valid.

We needed some venting replaced under our home.. First Tate's arrived within the window they gave us. They sent a Tech named Brody out..very nice,professional guy..hope Tate's know what a great employee he is. He didn't finish until about 8 pm!! But he got us fixed up!! The bill was much more than reasonable!! We got our. A/C people !!

Called them on a Saturday (Labor Day Weekend) and they arrived like they said they would, the next day Sunday. Fixed my problem, had the parts on his truck available to fix the problem, and the tech was really cool and down to earth. Explained the problems and his solutions. Thanks guys.
